Yelken Sporunun Tarihi<\/strong>
\nUlu \u00d6nder Mustafa Kemal ATAT\u00dcRK’\u00fcn de te\u015fvikiyle 8 Nisan 1935 tarihinde, ger\u00e7ek anlamda ilk T\u00fcrk yelken kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong>, Moda Deniz Kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong> kurulur. Geli\u015fmelerin ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk yelkencileri uluslararas\u0131 platformda yar\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flar.
\nYelken Sporunun TarihiTarihsel geli\u015fimi i\u00e7erisinde karayolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na alternatif arayan insano\u011flu su ve denizle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla, y\u00fczen bir a\u011fa\u00e7 g\u00f6vdesi \u00fczerinde durarak (ya da duramayarak) ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu ilk tan\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131nda, a\u011fa\u00e7 g\u00f6vdeleriyle yap\u0131lan sallarla ba\u015flad\u0131, ilk deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan do\u011fan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcc\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2ra h\u00fckmetmesini \u00f6\u011frendi, insano\u011flu. Kol kuvveti ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sallardan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz n\u00fckleer transatlantiklerine, h\u0131zla geli\u015fti deniz ara\u00e7lar\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k denizde, r\u00fczg\u00e2r g\u00fcc\u00fcnden, yelken ve yelkenli teknelerden vazge\u00e7ilmedi. Yelken ve yelkenli teknelerin ilk kullan\u0131lma tarihi kesin olarak bilinmiyor. Arkeolojik bulgular \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ilk denizci uluslar\u0131n Fenikeliler ile M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131lar oldu\u011funu ve bunlar\u0131n da M\u00d6 10. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan itibaren yelken kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Buharl\u0131 gemiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kana kadar zorunluluk olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131, r\u00fczg\u00e2r g\u00fcc\u00fc ve yelken. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise yelkenli tekneler zevk ve spor ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dc\u00e7 taraf\u0131 denizlerle \u00e7evrili T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, yelken yapman\u0131n spor olarak kabul edilmesi hayli ge\u00e7 tarihleri bulur.<\/p>\n

D\u00fcnyada ilk yelken kul\u00fcpleri 1700\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise 1890\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n sonunda. \u0130stanbul\u2019da ya\u015fayan \u0130ngilizler ile ba\u015flayan yelken sporu, varl\u0131kl\u0131 T\u00fcrk aileleri aras\u0131nda k\u0131sa zamanda benimsenir. Ve o y\u0131llarda \u0130stanbul\u2019da ard\u0131 ard\u0131na yelken kul\u00fcpleri kurulmaya ba\u015flan\u0131r: Prinkipo, Makrik\u00f6y ve Moda Yelken kul\u00fcpleri\u2026 Bu kul\u00fcplerin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi geziler ve yar\u0131\u015flar, uzun y\u0131llar durmaks\u0131z\u0131n devam eder. Ancak 1914 y\u0131l\u0131nda Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile kul\u00fcplerin faaliyetlerine son verilir. Sava\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131, yelken sporunun geli\u015fmesini tamam\u0131yla engeller. Sava\u015f sonras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kuruldu\u011fu y\u0131l, ayn\u0131 zamanda yelken, k\u00fcrek, y\u00fczme dallar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan T\u00fcrkiye Su Sporlar\u0131 Federasyonu<\/em><\/strong>\u2019nun da kurulma y\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Zaman i\u00e7inde yelken sporuna beklenen \u00f6nem verilmeye ba\u015flan\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kurall\u0131 ve resmi yelken yar\u0131\u015f\u0131 12 A\u011fustos 1932 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ulu \u00f6nder Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn de te\u015fvikiyle 8 Nisan 1935 tarihinde, ger\u00e7ek anlamda ilk T\u00fcrk yelken kul\u00fcb\u00fc, Moda Deniz Kul\u00fcb\u00fc kurulur. Geli\u015fmelerin ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk yelkencileri uluslararas\u0131 platformda yar\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. 1936 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki Berlin Olimpiyat Oyunlar\u0131\u2019nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi Harun \u00dclman, Dr. Demir Turgut ve Behzat Baydar ba\u015far\u0131yla temsil eder. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ile bir kez daha duraklayan yelken faaliyetleri, sava\u015f sonras\u0131, kaybetti\u011fi ilgiyi tekrar kazan\u0131r. Birbiri ard\u0131na yeni kul\u00fcpler kurulur art\u0131k. \u0130stanbul Yelken Kul\u00fcb\u00fc (\u0130YK), Fenerbah\u00e7e ve Galatasaray Yelken kul\u00fcpleri \u0130stanbul\u2019da faaliyet g\u00f6sterirken, \u0130zmir\u2019de de Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Yelken Kul\u00fcb\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda Yelken bran\u015f\u0131, Su Sporlar\u0131 Federasyonu\u2019ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131r, 25 May\u0131s 1957\u2019de T\u00fcrkiye Yelken Federasyonu resmen kurulur. Yelkencilik, do\u011fa ile teknolojinin birlikte kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ender sporlardan. Bu sporu yaparken ki\u015fi, do\u011faya kar\u015f\u0131 gelmek de\u011fil, onu y\u00f6nlendirmenin co\u015fkusunu duyar.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fa ile birlikte olmak, onu hissetmek, y\u00f6nlendirmek ve bunlardan sonsuz zevk almak. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde amat\u00f6r binlerce ki\u015fi yelkeni bir hobi olarak yap\u0131yor. Kimileri ise bunu bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcp, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 dola\u015f\u0131yor. Yelkenli teknesi ile d\u00fcnyay\u0131 dola\u015fan ilk T\u00fcrk Sadun Boro ve Alman as\u0131ll\u0131 e\u015fi Oda Boro, k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 olanaklarla 1965 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fcnya seyahatlerini, Haziran 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131yla noktalad\u0131lar. T\u00fcrk denizcilerinin \u201cpir\u201dlerinden say\u0131lan Sadun Boro say\u0131s\u0131z insan\u0131m\u0131za deniz sevgisi a\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Borolar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir\u00e7ok T\u00fcrk denizcisi yelkenli tekneleri ile d\u00fcnya seyahati ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler. Haluk Karamano\u011flu ve ailesi, yolculuklar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya gelen bebekleri Deniz ile Osman-Zuhal Atasoy \u00e7ifti ve \u00fc\u00e7 kez d\u00fcnyay\u0131 dola\u015fan Tan\u0131l Tuncel ve e\u015fi de engin mavilikteki bu uzun yolculu\u011fu g\u00f6ze alan yelken tutkunlar\u0131ndan.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de art\u0131k, yelkencili\u011fin spor ve hobi olma y\u00f6nlerini birle\u015ftiren yar\u0131\u015fmalar, ralliler yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Ah\u015fap yelkenli teknelerin yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bodrum Kupas\u0131, Karadeniz Yat Rallisi (Kayra), Marmara Yat Rallisi (Mayra), Ege Yat Rallisi, Do\u011fu Akdeniz Yat Rallisi bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131. Uluslararas\u0131 kimli\u011fe sahip olan bu organizasyonlar, deniz ve yelken sevgisini art\u0131rmakla birlikte birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u00fclke insanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yak\u0131nla\u015fmalar ve s\u0131cak dostluklar kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye de denizlerinin g\u00fcvenli ve temiz olu\u015fu, insan\u0131n\u0131n misafirperverli\u011fi, marinalar\u0131n\u0131n modernli\u011fi ile y\u0131llard\u0131r farkl\u0131 uluslardan pek \u00e7ok deniz insan\u0131na kucak a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
